Privacy policy

In shortWe collect what we need to run your workspace and make your videos, and nothing to sell. Your content is never used to train AI models. You can see, correct, export or erase your data at any time.

What we collect

  • Account: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash) and sign-in records.
  • Workspace content: products, photos, files, links, brand kit, and the videos and captions made for you.
  • Connected accounts: access tokens for the social accounts you connect, stored encrypted, and the post results those platforms return.
  • Payments: plan, invoices and GSTIN. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
  • Usage: the actions you take in the app and basic device data, used to keep it secure and fix problems.

Why we use it

  • To run your account, make, check, post and measure your videos, and bill you.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal duties such as tax records.
  • To email you about your account. Product news is sent only if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

AI providers

  • To make images, video, voice and text we send the needed parts of your content to AI providers that process it on our behalf.
  • We choose providers that do not use API data to train their models, and we never ask them to.

Who else sees it

  • Service providers that host, store, process payments or send email for us, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
  • The social platforms you post to, which receive what you approve for posting.
  • Authorities, only where the law requires it.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

  • Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct, update, export and erase your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you.
  • Use Settings in the app, or write to privacy@adcrevia.com. We reply within 30 days.
  • If you are not satisfied, you can complain to our Grievance Officer and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping it safe

  • Data is encrypted in transit and access tokens and keys are encrypted at rest. Access inside the company is limited to people who need it.
  • If a breach affects your data, we tell you and the Data Protection Board without delay.

How long we keep it

  • For as long as your workspace exists. A deleted workspace is kept for 30 days so it can be restored, then erased.
  • Invoices and tax records are kept for the period the law requires.
