Terms of service

In shortAdcrevia makes product videos with AI, checks them and posts them where you choose. You own what you upload and what we make for you. Nothing is posted without an approval, and you can stop any time.

Who these terms are with

  • Adcrevia is provided by RootPro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Your account and workspace

  • Keep your login private and turn on 2-step verification. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
  • Workspace owners decide who is invited and with which role: Owner, Editor, Reviewer or Viewer. Reviewers and Viewers cannot spend credits or post.
  • Tell us straight away at support@adcrevia.com if you think someone else has access.

What you own

  • Your content: the products, photos, files, links and brand assets you add stay yours.
  • What we make for you: videos, images, scripts and captions made in your workspace are yours to use, subject to these terms and the rights of anyone shown in your own material.
  • Licence to run the service: you allow us to store, process and transform your content only to make, check, post and measure your videos, and to show them back to you.
  • We never use your products, photos or videos to train AI models.

Posting to social accounts

  • You connect your own Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and TikTok accounts. We post only to the accounts and at the times you approve, or under the approval mode you set.
  • Each platform's own rules also apply to what you post there. If a platform removes a post or limits an account, that is between you and the platform.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time. Posts already live stay up unless you delete them.

Credits, plans and payment

  • Work that uses AI is paid with credits. The cost is shown before every run starts.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before GST; checkout shows the total.
  • Refunds and cancellation follow our Refunds & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Fair use

  • Follow the Acceptable use & AI content policy. We may pause a workspace that breaks it, and will tell you why.
  • Do not try to get around plan limits, resell the service without an agreement, or interfere with its security.

Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service running and your jobs safe. If our servers are interrupted, queued jobs resume and failed clips refund their credits.
  • We may change features or these terms. For changes that matter to you we give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app.

Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the claims your videos make, including prices, offers and product benefits. The quality check helps you catch mistakes but does not replace your review.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

  • You can delete your workspace from Settings at any time. You can export your videos first, and we keep a deleted workspace for 30 days in case you change your mind.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first handled by our Grievance Officer, then by the courts with jurisdiction.
